I show nothing in my database; I suspecion that this is a Belguim made Turn of the century Import... Look under the Barrels at the Breech End and see if there is an Oval with the Letters E over LG in its center....If there is, its Belguim made and Hamilton was a name used to Market the gun here in the States..There was an English Maker named Hamilton and Son, but was a Rifle Maker...A lot of guns were made in Belguim and stamped with the Names of noted European Makers on the Barrels and Locks, but with just enough differance in the spelling to keep legal...and the unsuspecting Buyer always found out much later that He'd bought a Knock Down...If yours is truly a knockdown it probably sold for around $15.00 New.... thru Hardware Stores and Mail Order Catalogs....and on todays market is Worth in the Condition you discribe a $100.00 as a wall hanger....If it was a shooter {Low Base Black Powder Shells} it would be Worth $150.00 to $200.00
