Maddi ak47 China mags dont fit?

just picked up maddi ak47, no mags with it, Iam at work now, but tried using a China bakelite mag which is binding. Any suggestion?

the bakelites are a differant caliber (5.45x39)- they did make them in 7.62 but they are very rare. check out my auctions to get some mags - new or used.

these bakelites are 762x39, same as gun verifed same, other suggestions?

? must be like my rom 223 not taking the 223 chinese drums. I have mags to sell/trade that I know will fit it. I have new hungarian 30's and new bulgarian 40's. email me at gichaeljor@charter.net - I would like 1 of the ones you have - I have a polytech folder with the bakelite furniture and it should match it well. if you have more than 1 that is.

I have Maadi Ak's - I haven't had any trouble with magazines in them, and I've tried a lot of them. Do you have one of the newer imports that take a single stack mag?

got home checked mags out.
the 1 at the shop is for a RPM its side lips are apx 1/4" taller than
the chinesse mags.
got than worked out.
took new toy to range saturday registered sbr krink
the bliping bolt locked up in the carrier after 40rds
now have to form5 it for repair
this sucks
