Value of 1965 Winchester model 70

Hello again, I also have a model 70 winchester in the 30-06 calibre, serial # 808281 that came with a synthetic bell and carlson. Its in nice shape and am going to use it as my "second" deer rifle and topped it with a 6x older burris, I had no idea it was that old until just today I checked my serial number on a website I found on this forum. Any thoughts , or information about this gun would be greatly appreciated. thanks
