A REAL COLLECTIBLE
HI, I NEED SOME HELP ABOUT THIS GUN A FRIEND HAS. IT'S A GUN THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BELONG TO A SPANISH AIR FORCE MEMBER WHO CRASHED CLOSE TO MEXICAN COASTS AROUND 1940'S ALONG WITH HIS CREW. THIS GUN IS IN VERY GOOD SHAPE, AND TO KEEP IT THAT SHAPE THIS FRIEND REMOVED THE SILVER GRIPS WHICH ARE CRAVED WITH THE SPANISH AIR FORCE EMBLEM.
THE GUN INFO IS:
SERIAL 19854
BRAND PLUS ULTRA
CALIBER 7.65
THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP
THIS FRIEND HAS THE GRIPS IN PERFECT SHAPE, AND TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT MY QUESTION, I WANT TO KNOW IF THIS GUN IS A REAL COLLECTIBLE SINCE I KNOW THE REMAININGS OF THAT CRASH WERE BOUGHT BY JACOBO ZABLUDOVSKY (VERY WELL KNOWN IN MEXICO) AT A VERY HIGH PRICE.
THANKS AGAIN...

Not sure what your question is.
It was made by Gabilondo Y Cia from 1928 to about 1933.
Has a 20 round magazine0 -
Where are the Grips now? Are they with the Gun or Lost..?
Another interesting feature is that the PLUS ALTRA was used in large numbers by the Republicans' International Brigades, [Spanish Civil War, You can look that up in the History Books]... The Awkwardly long grip, was made necessary by the large, high-capacity magazine. The Plus Ultra was also available with a standard-length barrel and even a selective-fire version was made...
Captain Kirk, Tech Staff0 -
Supposed is the operative word. Again, what about the grips?
Collectible? Need supporting documents.0
