i need opinions guys, i want to purchase a taurus pt 101 .40s&w, i was under the impression that this was a great weapon. what are your thoughts about this pistol (not the caliber)? please be detailed. thanks-

    does anyone know where i can purchase accesories (rubber grips,m6 tactical illuminator adapter,high cap mags, etc.) for my taurus pt 101? i am having a hard time finding things! thanks in advance!!

    do you mean pt-111 the 9mm?I never heard of a pt101.ruger has an sp101. is the 111 what your asking about?

    For which ever gun you are refering to try Ajax supply they have custom grips,and possibly the mag your looking for.The no. is 214-630-8893.I dont have access to their toll free no.

    Your taurus 101 is the 40cal version of the pt92,nice gun.The hicap mags that were made for it only held 11 rounds,and cost way more$ than the 10 rounders,they are interchangable with the Berretas of the same cal.Houge makes rubber grips for them,so does pacmeyer.If the grips say model 92 on the box they will also fit the 101.Search for grips or the mag on this site.On the mags,the cheap after market ones usually have problems,stick with factory mags.Illuminator adapter should be same as model 92 also.CW

    Magazines are NOT always interchangeable with the Berretta so save the receipt of any you buy or take the gun with you to the gun shop. Many other items are available & you can also email Taurus for sources of their accessories. By the way they are great guns!! rg

    watson is correct.icouldnt find it in the shooters bible,but i went to the auction and found one.never heard of one b4.not a bad looking gun for a taurus
