Revolver Cylinder Swing Out Probs
I have an S&W Revo that has problems letting go of the cylinder on occasion. Sometimes it will not come out. If I move to the next chamber it will usually swing out without a problem. Is the problem with the ejector star, thumb release, front or back of a particular chamber, ejector rod, frame????

Check and see if the ejector rod that you push on to eject the brass is loose. It's a left hand thread.I just bought a mint mod. 19 at a gun show for $175.00 and that's all that was wrong with it.

First, make sure the ejector rod is tight.
With the cylinder out, spin it and look at the ejector rod to see
if it is bent.
Check to see if the hand is sticking in the slot, and catching on
the ratchet (cyl. star).
Check for cylinder/barrel gap clearance.
There are a couple more things, but I would recommend checking these
first.
Don't send flowers when I die. Send money now, I can buy more ammo.0
