leupold 8-4x fixed power scope
What are your opinions on this scope for a .308. I already bought it cuz I got a good deal,so im stuck with it.

nice for hunting nice all around scope would be great for a shotgun willbe good out to 150-200 yards i would buy one if price was right 0 -
As much as I hate to admit 150-200 is the outer edge of my effective range haha so it should be fine.Thanks 0 -
The M8- 4 power is the only strong scope that Luepole makes, all of the other ones shake lose after about 250 rounds, so the m8 should last you a life time on a little 308. 0 -
A good 3-9x40 would great. High power long range shooting or small tragets 4-16x40. Burris b plex work great for me 3-9x40 And got 6.5-25x56 for long range work. My 2cent I love my .308 savage 12bvss 0
