Win. 92 wood

Can the Winchester 92 wood be fitted to the 94? If so what are the major differences and is it worth the effort?

BUTT STOCKS ARE THE SAME (OLD MOD. 94), FORENDS ARE DIFFERENT. M-94 FOREND WILL HAVE A LARGER HOLE (FOR THE MAG. TUBE)THAN A M-92.

MW- Are you sure of that forend difference ? The 44-40 and 38-40 rim is the same size as the 30-30 so unless you know to the contrary,the magazine tube sizes should be the same.

I WAS THINKING OF THE .25.& .32/20, THE .38 & .44/40 MIGHT BE THE SAME.
