CZ 40 - Anybody own or shot one?
I am currently seeking a 40 S & W to move up from the 9MM's I have and was wondering if anybody has any experiences, good or bad, with the CZ 40 B. They seem to be pretty reasonably priced, and I was thinking they may be a good way to get into shooting the 40's. Another related question is whether they are still being made, and if not, why?
I have been out of the shooting circuit for awhile, so if I am asking commonly known questions, please forgive me.
I appreciate any comments either way.
Thanks

I too was attracted to the price and CZ reputation. I shot one box through the gun and sold it. It was quite accurate and well made, but the trigger stung my finger. I could feel every shot in my trigger finger. Get a hi power or an H&K in .40 and never look back.

A fine pistol I would love to own, however had no experience with it.
If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

I have one, like it and won't get rid of it. Other than the rather long for my short finger pull in DA I can find no fault in it. Well made, good combat accuracy, totally reliable and in a configuration to feel comfortable to us 1911 fans.
