  I am using this topic because the scope question is locked.
  I have some Simmons and a BSA, that are in almost
  brand new condition that I replaced with high quality Leupold and Redfield scopes I lucked into. They performed admirably and I never had a problem with any I used. If interested, let me know and maybe we can work something out.
