vintage crosman pellet gun
I just got an old crosman co2 .22 pellet gun from my mothers house. I don't know anything about it and really don't have any interest in keeping it. As far as I can tell, it's in excellent condition. i'm guessing its from the 60's or 70's. What is something lilke this worth and are there any suggestions on where I can sell it?

can you describe it? 0 -
Robert,
I have one also. I found it in the back of a Studebaker in 1956. It's a single shot 177 cal. Model # 111 s/n 278141. It doesn't use co2 cartriges but is filled with a large tank - around 3' dia and 10" long.
Thanks,

Yes guys, that was a typo. The tank is about 3" in dia.

It is a .22 cal co2 gas powered double action revolver. A combat "38". Looks and feels like a real gun to me. My husband fired it and it worked great. 0 -
It sounds a lot like the old Crossman 38-T I had when I was a youngster. The T model was the long barreled model (Target) and about 11" over all. It was a handfull for a kid my age! There was also a smaller C model (Compact?) that was about 3" shorter. These guns retailed for around $30 in the late sixties. I have no idea if any of these old Crossmans are collectable, I'm sure that the company made huge numbers of them. They are probably much better quality than what is being made today so I'm sure the pistol is still worth the $30 it cost three decades ago.

It can be a felony to sell that weapon to anyone under 18 in some states.
Some people think I'm joking huh?0
