Check Shotgun news for some good prices on such.

I'd pickup a shotgun news, I bet you'd be pretty suprised when you see that $70 in there for $40...
Turkish Mausers and Ammo are flooded on the market right now in great surplus, are excellent prices, and fun to shoot.
If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

J&G Sales has 1400 rounds Corrosive, Brass case Berdan primed on stripper clips, in bandoliers for $79.10, They are in Phonix AZ - I'm in Kansas ... delivered it was $110, including Haz-Mat and everything ... They also have new Turkish stocks for $19.95
To nuterlize the salts produced by corrosive ammo I just spray the barrel and bolt down with Windex (the kind with ammonia - not the other stuff), then clean like you would with any other rifle.

A $70 Mauser that doesn't look like much is probably Turkish. These guns were mostly made in Germany and are very reliable and tend to be accurate. Get a bore light, run a few patches down the bore and check that out. If the bore is good you won't be sorry you bought it. They are very rugged and any parts you may need are readily available, like Kimber says you can even get a stock cheap. 0 -
okay will go pick up a shotgun news and see how close in price they are after shipping and handling maybe then i will pick one up 0 -

One side note on 8mm Mauser (8 x 57) ammo: if you handload, the brass can be made from 30-06 brass. Just run it through the resizing die then trim off the excess, which will be about 3/16". I did this many years ago when 8 x 57 ammo was not as plentiful. 0 -
