winchester mod 21

Hi I am 45 my dad started to give me his guns, one a year so I could use and enjoy them while hes alive and not to leave for inharitance.The guns he has given me so far I would never sell,but the other day he showed me the shotgun he plans on for birthday.He just got it about 6-8 years ago and has naver shot it [no sentamentel value]so I would sell with his blessings of course..I dont know what he payed and cannot ask him so I thought I would ask you all.I just got to take a qwick look but its a winchester mod 21 12 ga, Winchester
custom shop ordered by Anhiser bush do not know if it was the I or II but gun has all the papers to confirm facts. ANY IDEAS OR THOUGHTS I might test the market and hold off if its soft

  The market is not soft on 21's.
  
  Definitely need more specific inf on the shotgun.

  Well, you're in big money range.
  
  You need to have that gun appraised (hands-on) by somebody that knows 21's. Any documentation on the gun is crucial. Upgrade? Year of mfg? Barrel length and chokes? Case?
