Romanian Draganov 7.62X54

I am wondering if there is a modern optics mount for my original "sidemount" Romanian 7.62X54? I am uncomfortable tapping it for mounts, and would rather just get a scope mount with rings that attaches on the side like the original. Any help is appreciated.

  I am probably wrong but it seems like all of those guns I see have a PSO-? scope on it. I don't know if that helps or not. Like I said I am probably wrong, that probably isn't what you are looking for.
