For Fed. try www.atf.treas.gov State www.nraila.org click research at top of page then state laws then select from a map. They will be listed as NFA weapons. The Fed book on state laws is ATF P 5300.5 you may be able to order through your local ATF office.

There is no web site that I am aware of, but one may exist somewhere. The best one-stop source of information on Title II firearms (machineguns, silencers, short barreled shotguns. ect.) Is the Machinegun Dealers Bible by Dan Shea. This book is widely used through out our industry and will answer every question you could possibly have regaurding these firearms. You can order a copy from Moose Lake Publishers @ 207-683-2959. The cost is $39.95 and is well worth it. Local laws and regulations are a matter for your states Department of Justice and whatever local agency deals with firearms matters. It can be very difficult to get someone who either knows the regulations or understands how to apply them. I suggest that you get a copy of the full version of your states firearms laws and read it for yourself. Then when you have a question you can be very specific about the exact regulation. With that method you can usually get a valid answer.

I neglected to add that Dan Shea is the general manager and general editor of Small Arms Review at the same phone number as Moose Lake Pulishers 207-683-2959. Your search is over.

Try www.subguns.com 0 -
MAKE NO MISTAKES. CALL THE LOCAL BATF OFFICE AND BE SURE. BOOKS AND WEB SITES ARE NICE BUT TALK WITH THE FOLKS THAT ENFORCE THE LAWS. BE SURE AND BE SAFE.
I WOULD RATHER BE DUCK HUNTING.0
