Beretta identity,value should i trade?

My friend has a beretta 96fs,it is stainless steel but it is black in color and it has grey grips.Identity and value of this gun?Its NIB.He is wanting to trade it to my winchester m70 in 22-250.Its in almost perfect condition and has a $200 scope on it.Good trade or not? Thanks
