.223 Ammo, South African

I keep seeing ad's for Surplus South African Ammo. It's more money but it says it has a Flame retardant in the powder. Is it better than the other ammo that surplus?

  I have shot one 300rd battlepack of this south african ammo
  and have no complants .....seem to shoot cleaner than some other i have tried.....and at $39.00 for 300rds the price is good

  I have only used the sa battlepack ammo in my mini I paid 90.00 for 600 rds shipped to my door. no complaints so far.

  I've used the battle packs with good results. I bought some of the PMP stuff, and it wasn't as accurate as the battle packs.
