i have Gp wasr 10 i was wondering does it have a chrome lined barrel it has a bayonet lug and how would i find what year it was made?

I posted a trade on the General Discussion board for an almost new 30-30 w/ new Bushnell Trophy. I wanted a Mak-90 but said I would consider a SAR-1. I got a reply that said he would trade me for a WASR 10 +$50. I have never heard of WASR 10. It is brand new. Is it a good rifle compared to the Mak-90 and Sar-1. Would this be a smart trade? Give me some feedback because I am totally in the dark. Thanks.

The WASR 10 is another form of the SAR series Romanian AK rifle. Originally these were set to take only the single stack mags, but the importer took many of them and opened up the receiver to take the high capacity mags. With that name designation it could be either the single or the double stack model. For all practical purposes, it is just another SAR.
