Anyone know of a site or source for detail info on Maynard Rifles? A friend has one in rather poor shape that we would like to restore.

  Shootist...pulling this one right out of my lower colon but have you given Dixie Gunworks a call? I know that in the past they have had some restoration items on a remarkable number of Civil War Carbines...maybe you'll get lucky. Beach
