Spotting Scopes and mon pods

Does anybody know where I can get a mono pod for a spotting scope. Something like the Army rifle team uses at Camp Perry?

  Cabela's sells one under their name which is a rifle rest, but the support screws off to reveal the screw for the scope. I don't know the ones you refer to, but these, while workable are no where near as steady as a tripod.
  
  Had another thought: Why not check with the rifle team at camp perry and find out where they get theirs?
