C&R Winchesters

I have been told that the winchester model 24 double and the model 25 pump are listed as Curio& Relics. I havn't been able to find them on the ATF website.......Anyone know for sure?.....Thanks, Greg

  They are both Modern...and are not on the C&R list...

  Either of them with a serial number that pre-dates 1951 would be eligible to be purchased as a C&R firearm. That would make them firearms that are 50 years old or older. The Model 25 was made between 1949 and 1954. The Model 24 was made between 1940 and 1957. So your chances of getting one eligible as a C&R firearm are quite good.
