Are they in production? OA-98

There is a seller who is offering Olympic Arms OA-98 with the following disclaimer,"For this special internet price this item may not be in stock at time of purchase so delivery time may be delayed based on availability of product from Manufacturer."My question is are they still in production? I was under the impression that, even with the skeletonized(sp) frame, they quit making these because when the BATF added a magazine, it could not conform to the under 50 oz. rule for pistols. Does anybody know about this?
