To come up with a number, you have to compare the choke diameter
to the bore diameter. Then the points or thousandths of constriction
will relate to a a choke. Different manufacturers have different
ideas of what amount of constriction will constitute what choke.
Basically .0005 constriction is skeet, .0010 is Imp cyl., .0015
light modified, .0020 is mod. But different manugacturers will
disagree. Try Brilley web site for their idea of choke constriction.

Not quite, BT. The normal bore diameter for 12 gauge is .729 inches. The constrictions you list have one too many zeroes in them. A full choke has aboutr 40 thousandths of an inch constriction, or 40 "points". The old "quarter choke" constriction was about 10 thou., or .010 inches for a choke diameter of about .719 inches; imp. cyl. about .005 for a choke diameter of .724. All of the figures were variable and different manufacturers would probably be a little different for the same degree of choke. Heck you said that, didn't you? Asking Briley is a good idea.
