S&W 1905 38 spl 4" Value?
Have someone who wants me to trade this Smith and a Beretta Cheeta mod 87 22 for my Colt Woodsman Match Target 6"
Cannot find any reference for the model 1905. Pictures look like it is in vg to ex condition. Any help would be appreciated.

What is the Serial number of the Smith? so I can tell exactly when it was made?
The Smith (1905) is the Military and Police model, Value.100. to 500
Beretta mdl 87 is valued from 60% = 175.00 to 100% =475.00
Your Woodsman is valued from 60%=225.00 to 100% = 550.0
If you figure them from 75% for each gun you would have the following figures
The smith 240.00
The Beretta 200.00
The Woodsman 250.00
This makes the smith and Beretta worth 440.00
The woodsman only 250.00,
Now it depends on how much you want the other gun,
Personally I would not trade, not for the money, nor to gain another gun. as I can buy The smith for under 150.00 here.

The gun is the ".38 Military and Police Model of 1905" There are five definate variations of this model each having other variables. The only way to know is by the S/N. Most of these in 95% will run in the $150-250 range depending upon the market. Some will go higher.
The second admendment GUARANTEES the other nine and the Constitution!0
