I have been shooting winchester supreme 180 grain power point plus ammo in my rem 300 win. mag. It shoots real well in my gun. I have tried several other brands and loads but not with the same results. This year I could not find any power point plus bullets. They aren't even listed on winchester's web site. Does anyone know why?

Thanks for the reply Rugster. By "indoor range safe" do you mean it is a lighter load?

Winchester U.S.A. ammo has been around for years. Ive got some .223 and .38spl that Ive had for close to 10 years.
Its not of tack driving quality, but it gets the job done for matches and all around target shooting and plinking.
I think its a bit over priced at the gunshows. There are some brands that are cheaper and probably just as good, such as Sellior& Bellot, Fiocchi, and even P.M.C. and Federal when they are on sale in the stores.

Its the only 230gr FMJ .45acp ammo I like... If I have a choice to buy winchester, I usually do, they make the best ammo next to handloading or match ammo.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

I've used a heap of it and it's good stuff. The brass is excellent for reloading as well.
