Can a 10.75x68 bolt rifle be rechambered to 404 Jeffery)10.75x73)?

  10.75X68 is a 424 caliber and the 10.75X73 (404 Jeffery) is a 421 caliber cartridge. The demensions of the 10.75X68 are all smaller than the 404 so I don't see why not. The rim, shoulder, base and of course case length are all smaller then the 404 Jeffery. Only thing that may be a problem might be the bullet diameter but I don't think it would be that much of a problem if any at all. Could always get some Hawk bullets for it as they are made like the Oeiginal Barnes bullets and have a fairly soft copper jacket.
