Anyone know who made these bolt action shotguns? No other markings.

  I have a TRU-TEST bolt action shotgun. No magazine or any other markings. Think its a 20ga. Any ideas who made it and when?

  Bolt action scatterguns are at the bottom of the barrel as to any interest. Hardware store brands are somewhat lower. That being said, the bolt action quite likely puts your gun in the Mossberg camp, though I have no references that say so.

  Nord,
  I agree with what you say about bolt shotguns being at the bottom of the barrel, but they make great youth guns, especially in the smaller gauges. Just bought my 8 year old son a 410 mossberg bolt in 410. Perfect for him. He can't work the slide on the 870 youth model I have, and I don't particularly care for the NEF single shots. Works great for him.
