Incase any of you remember I asked about the Lanber Shotguns. Most of the coments were positive. Here is one more. I'm very happy with mine.I even shot doubles tonight. I'm not that good but the gun worked very well and the recoil is mild. "try it; You'll like it"

  i have a lanbershotgun that i cant find chokes for. it came with a mod. tube, but i want to shot steel shot from it. ived tryed all the big suppliers(carlsons-colonial) and any other dealer i could think of.this is a model 533lch 12 ga. i have know idea how to get hold of the manu. so that line is out. my question is should i quite fooling around with this and get they barrell rethearded so i can maybe get rem. or moss. chokes for it. this barr. is 27in long and the theards are a good inch down in the barr. would a gun smith be able to ream the old theards out and put new ones in or would he have to cut the barr. off and than theard it. any comments woud be appreicade. this gun has a vent rib.
