Vaquero 10" or 12" barrel???
First, thanks to Iconoclast for your answer to my Benet primered ammo question!
Next, I plan to call Ruger tomorrow, I have only seen Vaqueros as long as 7.5" in the barrel department. Does anyone know of a 10" or 12" barrel available (or a great cross fit) for a stainless Vaquero? I have a Sheriff's model that I'd either like to have Ruger convert or maybe I'll just end up trading off for a 7.5".......

I've never seen or heard or a Vaquero barrel that long coming out of Ruger's works. If you're really set on this project, you might want to contact Obermeyer Rifled Barrels (23122 60th Street, Bristol, WI 53104-9734, 414-843-3537) & see what a one-off custom-made would cost you. They make some of the finest barrels in production as well as custom bores of many calibers & lengths. 0
