Bushmaster XM-15 E2S value
Hello everyone,
I would like an opinion on the value of this gun, and here's the details:
It is all 100% original factory, pre-ban, has a NATO 1/9 16" heavy barrel, flash suppressor, bayonet lug (obviously no bayonet will fit), sliding stock with built in cheek rest and recoil pad, has a factory installed CJA 3X20 scope (I believe this is the same one used by the military) which is adjustable for up to 500 yards.
I'm the second owner and I've had it for about 5 years, dummy me threw away the original box. The original owner said he put about 20 rounds through it, I have never fired it.
It is in near perfect condition, some very small scratches in places.
Opinions on it's value? One gunshop said ~$2500, another ~$1500, and I paid $1400 for it.

$1400 would be about right for a buy.
Some will say up to $1800.
