Semi-automatic shotgun
I have an old semi-auto shotgun I got from an old friend years ago and I do not know what it is. It looks like a Browning, 6-7 shot magizine, beautiful wood stock, matching wood inserts on both sides of the bolt chamber, nickel trigger guard, ribed barrel, original leather strap, fires 2 5/8 shells and has "Made in Czechoslovakia" on the left side of the barrel. On the bottom of the bolt chamber there's a small circle with a "C" in side and a small "z" inside the C. My friend told me he got it from a retired Naval Captain who bought it in Europe in the late 50' and brought it back when he retired. The gun has had less than a box of shells fired through it and is in excellent shape. It also has a number on the bottom above the circle "25221". The barrel is 23 3/4" long. Can anyone help me on this one? Thanks in advance. Karl
