military ammo ID help

This is a case of military ammo that I need help identifing the marking are---1-805-028-6585-A212---1040 cartridges Cal. 30 in cartons--TAEHB---Ball m2---Ordnance flaming bomb---A square box that has 3 stars and an eagle in it--83 AVG WT---1.2 CU---LOT TW--41299 I would appreciate any help in identifing the manufacturer and the year of manufacture.   .30-06 M2 Ball made by Twin Cities (TW) Arsenal. Can't tell you the year from the lot number, though. Best guess would be 1950s, but I'd not bet any serious money.
