Blue Book Price for HK USP 40

A friend is selling his HK USP 40 Full Size (blued finish) for $500. It is used, about 2.5 yrs old. He has had it for 1.5 yrs and only shot it twice.

Can anyone please give me a price breakdown for used USP 40s? I am what the ballpark price should be...I am unsure of the NRA Rating but it looks good. New in CA the gun is $730 + tax.

  B Book says they retail for $655.00 Blue,98% $485.00.The Stainless model is about $40.00 more.The compact at 98% $600.00.

  You say the gun looks good, how good? 98%, 95%, 90%, 85%?
  
  98% I would go $550
  95% I would go $500
  90% I would go $475
  
  The number of rounds through it could change these prices as well.

  My BB, 23rd edition says MSR $766, 100% $670, 98% $540, 95% $485 and 90% $430.

  I will have to inspect the gun one more time to determine the % rating on it, but it seems like $500 is a decent price.
