There were TWO Chicago Arms Companies...The First was CHICAGO ARMS CO. Sold by Fred Bifflar Co. Made by Meriden Firearms Co. 1870-1890 It was a Handgun, Revolver, .32 S&W 5 Shot, Double Action, Top Break...In Good Condition...$100.00 Also came in .38 S&W..$100.00...The Rarest of the the 3 Pistol made by MERIDEN was the pistol with a Grip Safety..Its worth about $25.00 More...
Then there was the CHICAGO FIRE ARMS CO. Chicago, Illinois 1883-1894. They made the PALM PISTOL, .32 Short Rim Fire...and in working order are Worth $1000.00 and up depending upon Condition..They were a Rotary Magazine Pistol and the barrel protruded thru the Fingers...It was an interesting Little Gun to say the least...Anyway I hope I've covered the Subject well enough for you to ascertain what Pistol you have and the value of same.....Best....
