Superposed 12 Guage shotgun

Anyone ever her of Italinus Inter. or Inter-American SAS from Sacramento. Cal. I have a 12 Guage 3" O.U that was imported from Italy [I assume]but cannot find any info on it or the importer. Any help would be appreciated as to value etc etc. Thanks in advance.
