Remington PSS700 - whats it worth?

Back in march I bought a Remington PSS 700 in .308 - haven't fired it yet, mostly out of lazyness and the weather - only range I can shoot it at is an hour a way w/o traffic and it's in valencia - about 100F during the day, way to hot for me.

Anyhow here's the specs:

new/unfired:
Remington 700 PSS .308
Sightron SII 4-16x42mm - true mil-dot w/sunshade
Leupold bases/rings
Harris bi-pod
black hard case

I'm thinking of selling it and getting something in .223 - which i can fire at
the local indoor range, 2 miles from my house - and still make it out to the outdoor
range every so often (indoor only allows up to 7.62x39mm).

  there's a place called hoplite, Inc. 502-955-5014 in shotgun news that sells them new for 729.00 just for the rifle alone.
  Scope mounts 40.00
  bipod 50.00
  scope im unsure of value
  
  Put it up for auction here on gun broker with a reserve price, And see what happens, Or Just trade it for the 223 model you would like, You could strip it down and save the bipod, scope and mounts for the new one your looking at.
