colt preban ar15

pre ban ar15 a2 with flash hider and no bayp lug. does not have the raised fence aroundthe mag release. does this mean anything? does this increase or decrease the value of the weapon. any help would be useful

  Having a bayo lug or not does not really matter for Colt collectors. That is just the way they did the rifles back then. I had a lightweight and spent 3 hours trying to remove the pins at my gunsmith to put on a factory bayo lug. Not worth the trouble.
