My Glock 21 .45acp has a very stiff mag,I have to use the Mag loader to load the last few rounds.I have seen some of the Hi caps buldge when fully loaded.I think you should only load 12 Rounds and it will solve your problem.

    Best!!

I don't own a glock, but will take a shot in the dark here. First, did all the mags come with the gun, I.E. manufactured at the same time? If so, remove the floor plate and see if some of the polymer was left close to the bottom on the inside of the magazine body when it was formed, something that would disrupt the follower only when it is at it's lowest point in the magazine. If so, file or grind it off and try the magazine again. This can happen when polymers are injection molded, as something could have been stuck to the mold and not noticed for hours while the production run was going.

    Are they aftermarket mags?

Are they only supposed to be 12rnd and you can fit the 13th?

Is it all the same brand of ammo, or different brands with the same problem each time?

Also, try the same approach of looking for non-conformed material on the followers of the mags. If they didn't form just right, the followers could have a defect in their shape.

I don't know a whole lot about the glocks, so I am working from a standpoint that would allow inspection of most any polymer magazine.

A great rifle with a junk scope,....is junk.

If you are using non metal lined mags, that's most likely the problem. I tried some non Glock ones and they just wouldn't work.
High caps are difficult to load without a loader.

Pull out the floorplate, and check your spring.
Sometimes the spring is angled the wrong way. the high
side of the spring goes to the front. Otherwise, just
place 12 rounds in the mag, and one in the chamber.
    Thats 12+1

I got my Glock 21 out yesterday Evening, being a LEO I can get Hi Cap Glock mags for about $20.00 each.IT is supposed to only hold 13 in the clip and one in the pipe If you choose to carry it chambered.
I just realized what I had typed. What I meant to say was it may work better loaded with only 12 rds in the clip,it will hold 13 but it does make it buldge a bit,and these are Factory mags.
    Best!!
