Need Some Scope Advice

I bought a CZ BRNO 22 rifle about 3 weeks ago.I just got to take it out ad shoot it over the weekend.It shot so well I decided I wasnt going to put a scope on it because of the open sight accuracy.Now I have changed my mind.I have used the Tasco Pronghorn 1 inch scope before,with mixed results.Tasco has now gone out of business,Im sure there are some Pronghorns out there but not for me.Will you reccomend a 1 inch Rimfire scope of good quality.

Any suggestions would be greatly Appreciated!

  I stopped at a gun shop a few weeks ago looking at a
  CZ .22. The guy there said the Simmons 22 Magnum was the
  best scope for a .22 on the market. But, he was trying
  to sell me one. They have a 32mm lens, and I prefer at
  least a 40mm. I have had no experience with it.
  I do have a very old Bushnell 4-12x that has given
  very good service on a Rem. .22. Have also used
  Tasco World Class 3-9x on .22 rifles with good results.

  rugster - Through the years I've used a number of scopes designed for .22 rimfires. Honestly, for not a heck of a lot of money, if you can get a Bushnell or Simmons or something of comparable quality with a 40 mm objective, I think you will enjoy the results. Much wider and clearer field of view. I've used a fixed 4x Bushnell on my old Remington bolt gun for the last fifteen years. Paid about $35.00 for it then.

  I bought a outfitters kit here on gunbroker. I can't find the old link. It came with a simmons 4x32 scope, with mounts, shooting glasses, targets, 100 rds cci .22 ammo, bipod and earplugs. I got it for 45.00. I really like the 32mm on a .22. I was using a 20mm, untill it broke.

  they are having a huge scope sale in there aug/sept catalog. they have .22 rimfire scopes from bushnell,simmons,tasco,leapers, techview, etc... they have great prices. check them out!

  Just bought a rifle that came with a Tasco Golden Antler 3X9. Took it off and put a leupold on it, but if you want the Tasco you can have it for the cost of shipping.
