I wouldn't waiste your time, if you don't like the way that one shoots, sell it and buy another, they are so cheap. You might inspect the bore too. It could be filled with copper and grime. Also try different ammunitions.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

The sound of a 12 gauge pump clears a house fatser than Rosie O eats a Big Mac !

Does it rattle or fit loosely in the stock? I have successfully tightened groups at 200 yds. with a Polytech, a Norinco, an issue Romanian, and a gin-u-wine Soviet model by recrowning the muzzle with some valve grinding compound and a steel ball bearing on a rod down the bore-first, unass the metal from the wood and weld (neatly) a 1/2 inch ball bearing (found in old VW transaxles) to the end of an old SKS cleaning rod. Stuff the rod/bearing down the barrel and add compound to the part of the bearing that contacts the muzzle. Now spin the rod between your hands (like starting a fire with a stick) for about a minute; wipe off the muzzle and inspect.
You're done when the crown is shiny all the way to the bore(rifling).
Be sure to add some oil now & then to clear the crap away. If you're going to try bedding the action, leave the barrel free-floating and use the steel-containing mix- glass-bedding won't last.

If you know it all; you must have been listening.WEAR EAR PROTECTION!
