Put the gun, buttstock down on the floor. Push the barrel down against the spring and unscrew the knob.
After the knob is off, pull the forearm off, then pull the barrel out of the action. The rest you should be able to figure out. If not, call back.

MAKE SURE THE GUN IS UNLOADED !!!

BULL, I ve already gotten that far just can't figure anything else past there. I cannot figure how to remove the part that the forearm screw bolts into. It does not seem to be removeable. What do I do from here?

    thanks again

    DENWA,

When you look down into the magazine tube, you will see a split ring bushing that retains the spring in the tube. Kind of like pull and turn that bushing out very carefully and keep the spring from spring out at you. That bushing is friction fit.
