Inventory reduction (dealers)

My board of directors just told me that I need to reduce my inventory by about 100 new guns by Aug. 31. If any of you dealers have any ideas I sure could use some advice. Thanks

    Have a giant sale where you can make money and give your customers a good deal as well.

    Rugster has a good idea, You can also check Wally Worlds prices, then advertise that you can beat their prices. You may break even on some guns, but you should be able to make it up on the one that they don't stock.

    I have a friend that will be opening up a gun shop pretty soon, If you want to send me a list, I'll convey it to him. He want's me to give him some help in starting it. I was a dealer for over 30 years, then I saw the light.
