I have not shot it yet but it is in mint condition (less than 200 rounds through it and I paid $350 for the whole rig.
any ifo on it would be great

What is the stock made of?. Is the barrel stainless and fluted?.Either way you made a very good deal.

The rifle it self I am just guessing is about 1970ish, the stock is wood. When I first had seen it, it Looked Just like my Remington 40x
I do have plans to call Savage about it, I am hoping that its going to be a shooter, What sold me on it was the Bausch & Lomb 6-24 scope
It looks like a Unertl0 -

I had one in .243. Blued finish, bull barrel, heavy walnut target style stock.

Single shot, walnut stock with checkered palm swells on the grip, no checkering or forend? Regur trigger, not the "accu" type? I have the same rifle, paid about $200.00 with no scope but it now wears an older Redfield 12X. I haven't really done much of a search other than seeing them on the auction side once in a blue moon.
For some reason reloading for 25.06 has always been a challenge for me, but not this thing. Great shooter from the start. Not sure of rate of twist but I tend toward 75 to 117 grain bullets.0
