What do I have here ?

Took in a gun that says receiver made by IMBEL-Brazil, Hesse St. Paul.
Believe caliber is .308 and has a 4 digit serial number. ANy ideas on what it is, worth and history ?

  Need more info to narrow it down, but it's a rifle made up of imported and Am. parts assembled in US. Imbel receivers are considered the best. Could be any no. of weapons such as HK 91, 94, L1A1, Cetme (if wood stocks) G3, etc.. Try the Heckler&Koch web site or search above names and you'll probably come up with a picture.

  Really need a discription of what you have to be able to chase it down...! Bolt Action? Simi-Auto? A complete and Total Discription is what needed here....
