Charlie-I suggest that you obtain a copy of "The British Service Lee" by Ian Skennerton. There are detailed photos and written descriptions of Lee Enfield sniper rifles. If you can't get the book, and are a patient man, I'd be willing to Xerox some of the pertinent pages and U.S. Mail them to you. I'd need your mailing address--send it to ccnorth@teleport.com . Quite a few original No.4 Snipers have been imported over the years, and their value has greatly increased over time. Finding original equipment that is not already attached to a rifle, however, may be difficult. You might turn some items up by advertising in the Want Ads forum here on Gunbroker or in the Gun List publication.

Also, The Mk4 sniper rifles had a cheek rest attached. I've seen scope mounts out there from time to time but not the rests. They appear needed to raise the shooter to the level of the scope.
These sniper rifles were not just stock MK4s with scopes, but were selected and carefully fitted.
The MK4 was a great rifle, wasn't it?

No. 4 Mk 1(T)(and Mk II)
    1. the first scope officialy used, mounted, and issued after trial for field use was 4x, and had been developed for the B ren light machinegun. the mount, wich was numbered to the scope and the gun, was also modified from a Bren design and attached firmly to the left side of the reciever via a pair of large knurled knobs. the reticle consisted of a hefty pointed post that jutted from the bottom of the field of view and was intersected near its apex by a thin crosshair. the scope, wich went through several modifications, was adjustable for range and windage via a pair of drums. number 32 (#32*) scopes were manufactured by a number of makers. "sniper" Enfields still retained their ladder style back sights, so they could be fired in the standard manner should the scopes become damaged or lost. the respected firm of Holland & Holland undertook the setting up of the No. 4 Mk 1(T) rifles. guns were stripped, modified and accurized. two of the final operations consisted of the fitting of a wooden cheekpiece to the butt and stamping the butt with H&H's "S51" code. model 1907 leather slings(U.S. issue) were used. the "spotter" of the standard 2 man sniper team was issued a 20X Scout Regiment spotting scope for lomg range target acquisition and general recon work. also issued were a pair of binoculars, a prismatic compass, and 3 Mills bombs for close-in work.
