owners of Colt Cowboy,like or hate ???

Trading for one of these.What do you think of them??Do you own now or in the past an early original and if so how do the COWBOY stack up???

  Love them Rugers but they are too big for my fingers.My hands are
  4 1/2" wide but only nave a 7" trigger finger.
  
  Aside from that,Bill Ruger died saturday at home.His Guns will live on forever.He will sorely be missed.

  I enjoy quality Colts, the Cowboy is junk. Ruger would be difficult to top. 101

  Do not know for sure, but I've been told the Colt Cowboy is actually manufactured by Ruger. Can any of you Colt experts verify or deny Ruger manufacturing the Colt Cowboy?

  I don't think that the Cowboy is actually made by Ruger, it is a Colt manufactured piece. However, Ruger is acknowledged in the Cowboy owner's manual for the use of their transfer bar safety design.
