BOUGHT AN early S&W 15 to day WITH the number # TVA395700 on right side of frame any body know what that stands for?

  Im not sure I will look it up,I tried one book with no luck.By the way welcome aboard.If I cant give you an answer there is some very knowledgeable people on this board that Im sure can.
