Mauser Bolo 7.63

I recently purchased a Mauser machine pistol in 7.63. I`m planning on getting it reconditioned but a unable to find any place that does that type of work. I know Redmans in Wa state converts cal to 9mm but not complete gun overhaul. The price and availability of 7.63 is big question. Anyone out there able to help??? Thanks
