I need information on how to clean the gas ports of my 44 magnum. I have the pistol apart and would like to clean the gas ports before I reassemble it. Thanks for your help.

  I was under the impression that magnum research would have to do that for you, although I might be wrong.

  I believe all that is necessary is to take the multi tool, and use the end that looks like a cutting bit, and turn it in the port, and use a brush to clean the piston. That is what I do with mine. This is assuming that the gas system is just dirty from shooting, and not plugged from shooting un jacketed bullets. good luck
