AR10 trigger group

Can the stock, single-stage trigger group on an AR10 be upgraded later to a 2-stage, NM-style group? By chance do AR10s use the same trigger group as AR15's? (Armalite products I'm talking here, not Colt, Rock River, or Bushmaster)
